The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to Aldgate Tube station and not far from Liverpool street station. This makes it easy to travel around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, with one guest mentioning how the desk clerk patiently helped them with navigating the room. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, with a good variety of food options to choose from.
The area around the hotel is not the nicest for walking around with a family.

Nice hotel with delightful view. Location so close to the attractions and in a quiet street. What's more, getting to a historic tower on foot takes about 15 mins. Good variety at breakfast. It was worth its 3 stars.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Aldgate for the London Tattoo Expo and was impressed by the convenient location, only a 10-15 minute walk from the show. The hotel also provided easy access to other attractions and landmarks. The highlight of my stay was the delicious three-course meal and breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the spacious rooms were clean and tidy. Additionally, the hotel refunded our money without hesitation when we had to leave early due to a family emergency. I would highly recommend Premier Inn Aldgate to friends and family in the future.
Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location close to popular attractions and transportation links. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and included options from the menu. The wait staff was friendly and welcoming.
The room lacked basic amenities, like enough mugs and glasses for a family, and coffee and hot chocolate were not provided. There were issues with cleanliness and housekeeping, with towels not being changed regularly, and bedsheets not being changed at all during the stay.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at a hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the rooms were well-equipped with clean and comfortable beds. the location is perfect and close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar had a great selection of drinks.
The downside was that the sheets weren't changed as often, and the water pressure in the bathroom was not the best. overall it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for a trip to the city.
